The F.R.E.E. Program

Pathways is partnering with the Funding for Recovery Equity and Expansion (FREE) Program which aims to expand the capacity of services and programming that raise awareness about overdose prevention and reduce stigma associated with substance use disorder (SUD). The program also promotes greater access to harm reduction, treatment, and recovery support services for persons with opioid and/or stimulant use disorder within Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Communities.

The hope is that this work will lead to reduced overdose deaths and improved overall well-being of communities of color and other under-resourced and minority communities.
